Estate Planning:  We provide one-on-one assistance with drafting the documents that will protect you and your assets including: Last Will & Testaments, Durable Financial Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney & Living Will, Trusts. 

Estate Administration: After a loved one has passed navigating the probate process can be extremely daunting.  We are here to provide assistance and guidance through completing this process.  

Business Law: Have a small business but never actually defined what happens should you pass away?  Or what happens if your partner passes?  We assist our clients with these issues along with all the other important aspects of navigating the everyday problems that confront small business owners.

Family Law: Divorce, custody and support issues can be complicated and emotional to deal with.  Our firm works with our clients through these tumultuous issues, and strives to make these difficult situations more manageable.
